Job Description
The Web Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Content & Social and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party development partners, to build front-end customer facing content that will engage customers and drive them to register and play on our sportsbook and casino real-money-gaming products. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Evolve and manage Tipico web presence, improving the customer experience and oversight over performance conversion funnels that is integral to our customer journeys.
- Manage ongoing website strategy through regular roadmaps, documentation, and scalable processes to grow team and streamline Tipico web experience.
- Work collaboratively with developers, acquisition team, content and social marketers and other stakeholders to move projects forward and drive progress toward identified goals
- Managing all publishing requests and delivering them within the identified SLAs, including making edits on CMS, creating landing pages and making layout changes.
- Own the development pipeline to future-proof and improve management of the website
- Translate the needs of the marketing team to efficient and detailed user stories; be the bridge between marketing and developers.
- Run a daily standup, project manage the deliverables, prioritize the tickets, and manage releases with the 3rd party web development team.
- Proactively seek out and identify new opportunities to generate leads within the website – including but not limited to personalization tools, widgets, ROI calculators, and interactive tools with the goal of increasing conversion rate and user experience.
- Work with Content and editorial team to manage the platform and publishing schedule of our Sports and Casino Blog Articles and evolve the overall publishing digital properties.
- Optimize the existing blog articles for SEO using best practices, internal resources, and 3rd party agency resources.
- Report on website performance weekly and monthly to stakeholders and recommend strategies and optimizations to action against and drive visible improvements and create best practices.
- Key Performance Indicators that this person will be responsible to manage to: New Organic and Direct Page Views and Unique users, Overall Engagement Time on the Page, Driving MAUs growth and Increasing Customer Conversion Rates by Optimizing Journeys and content integration on the marketing website.
