Our companies are recognized as national leaders in refrigerated construction, distribution and warehousing solutions, as well as property management.

    Tippmann Group Administrative Assistants work closely with all departments in each of the Tippmann Group companies. They play a critical role to ensure smooth operations in the company. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities range from managing/leading critical company processes to developing Sales and Marketing materials, to corporate office management activities. Below are detailed responsibilities, skills, and capabilities required of the position:

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and executing various corporate office management activities
    • Facilitate the design and ordering process for various Tippmann Group corporate supplies and materials including office needs, personal protective equipment, and apparel
    • Answer phones and direct calls
    • Sort and distribute mail
    • Coordinate executive travel and industry-related trade show participation
    • Manage Corporate Apparel Program – updating catalog, managing orders, distributing apparel
    • Ordering of business cards and company stationery 
    • Perform miscellaneous executive and senior team administrative support activities
    • Assist the admin team in overflow duties such as, but not limited to:
    • Assist in the development and assembly of Sales, Marketing, and Design Team deliverable materials including project proposal documents, estimates, scope documents, and schedules.
    • Facilitate workflow and manage key corporate processes utilizing designated Tippmann Group systems. Processes include capital approval, work order management, and project management.
    • Act as the Tippmann Construction Project Management Portal and Training site  administrator
    • Assist Tippmann Construction Project Managers with multiple project activities including startup and closeout
    • Other duties as required

    Skills and Capabilities:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    •  Previous experience in marketing or administrative support preferred
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and One Note
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, and Acrobat desired
    • Strong general technical ability to work with various computer-based systems and software tools
    • Must be well organized with an ability to prioritize work and multi-task
    • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude and team-player mentality required
    • Must be able to problem-solve
    • Self-starter, highly motivated and require limited supervision
    • Track record of positive job/school performance, attention to detail and results-oriented experience
