Tipsy Putt, a Multi-unit, fast growing eatertainement concept @tipsyputt @trophyclubbar with multiple locations throughout Northern, CA is looking for a Bookkeeper Accountant to join our team! Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company, assisting in AP, Payroll and all books.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports

Meeting with managers on site weekly for AP, inventory & financial related questions.

Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets

Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements

Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

Report analysis and findings to management team weekly, monthly, annually, YTD reporting

​Qualifications: NOT REQUIRED, but recommended

R365 Software EXPERIENCE

Multi-unit business accounting experience

Retail / Restaurant experience

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields

P&L, Balance Sheet expeirience

Google Sheets / Google Drive experience

Detail and deadline-oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
