Job Summary
The craft bartender position at Trophy Club creates drinks on and off the menu while providing an extraordinary experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome and ID checks of our guests
Provide a brief overview of our drink and small bites menu and answer any questions the guest may have
Pour and serve beer while ensuring responsible serving practices

Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment for guests by bussing tables, chairs, and glassware, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the shift
Frequent restroom checks
Knowledge of current and future events within Trophy Club.
Accurate ringing of sales of drinks, games and merchandise and memberships through POS system
From time to time aid in new menu creations with assistance from the Trophy Club manager and executive team.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Toast POS system
Knowledge and passion for craft cocktails.
Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner.
Physical Requirements:
100% walk and stand
Communicate with guests and team Members
Operate POS system / Toast
Ability to use IPAD and various applications
Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.
