Salary: $150k to $200k

Work Location: 50% travel.

Tipsy Putt LLC is rapidly growing, and there is no end in sight! We are searching for a growth-minded CFO. We are looking for someone who has a strong financial background in the food and beverage space, experience with building a business from the ground up, and overall knowledge of sound financial business operations.

Tipsy Putt LLC is a growing, unique drinkertainment restaurant with multiple locations throughout Northern California. We offer a large rotating local beer, wine and cocktail selection, indoor mini golf, a multitude of other unique pub games and a vibe that makes you want to let loose.

Tipsy Putt is not only party central but also strives to be a positive contributor to the community by supporting local independent brewers, local small businesses, and local charities.

Trophy Club is a speakeasy with intermittent password access nights announced via social media. Trophy Club is hidden within select Tipsy Putt locations. Trophy Club’s highbrow craft cocktail experience perfectly juxtaposes Tipsy Putt’s relaxed atmosphere.

Top Candidates should possess:

• Expertise in raising capital (Startups)

• Expertise in raising debt and debt instruments

• Experience in restaurants, bars, or retail business. Multiple locations strongly preferred.

• Experience of special purpose vehicles (SPV’s)

• Experience with local, regional, state and federal tax agencies.
