Job Overview:

As Commercial Center Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of operations as well as designing strategies that promote teamwork, operational efficiency, and growth. You will be charged with implementing and evaluating branch practices for commercial and mechanical lines of business. You will hire, train, and manage the productivity and professional development of employees. You will work to set strategic direction that drives the center.

Background Profile:

• 3+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years experience in the commercial truck service and shop industry
• 5+ years full P&L responsibility
• Experience with the oversight of a location, or possibly multiple locations
• Excellent MS Office skills and experience or ability to learn and operate software required (ie: AS400 and SAP)
• Commercial TIA certification preferred

Benefits, Compensation & Features:

• $90,000 - $100,000, vehicle allowance, plus bonus (depending on experience)
