ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job requires face to face and phone communications, as well as basic computer skills. THE ROLE YOU WILL PERFORM:

• Greet customers promptly

• Create work orders for needs requested by the customer

• Sell products and services based on vehicle requirements

• Monitor shop for vehicle work completion progress

• Complete invoicing process with explanations for services performed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to handle multiple priorities

• Positive attitude and customer focus

• Able to work and excel in a team environment

• Ability to be standing for most of the day

• TN driver license

• High school education

• Able to lift up to 35lbs.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Automotive retail experience – Front counter interaction

• Hours of operation 7:00~5:00 (Mon-Fri), 7:00~12:00 (Sat)
