POSITION SUMMARY

This position performs daily inside sales. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service, receiving inbound sales calls, providing pricing and collecting payments as needed. The Inside Sales Representative/CSR position is for Tire's Warehouse, LLC., a division of U.S. Venture, Inc. A scheduled start time and end time will be established between the core hours of Monday - Saturday from 7:30am - 5:00pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: ​

• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with strong communication skills.
• Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
• Understand and appropriately use company pricing system and policies. Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with Management team; informing and updating regularly to guarantee sales and customer objectives are met.
• Support Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) through service, education, and effective problem solving
• Maintain confidentiality.

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in wholesale/retail sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Tire or Automotive industry knowledge a must
• Inside sales experience a must
• High volume call experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bilingual Spanish a plus!
