Our Firm is looking for an EXPERIENCED Personal Injury Paralegal to handle variety of Personal Injury matters.

Candidate MUST speak SPANISH.

REQUIREMENT: · Minimum 1 year experience in personal injury litigation

We are looking for someone who will have a major impact on our practice and clients, and is looking for a long-term position for an office that continues to evolve and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparing and filing lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery and understanding court rules and procedures.

· Schedule and calendaring court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and Defense Medical Examinations (DME),

· Preparing demand letters, Arbitration and Mediation Briefs

· Additional experience in Personal Injury, such as scheduling doctor appointments, opening claims with insurance also desire.

· Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
