    Job Description

    COMMUNICATIONS, SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

    Titan Alpha is seeking a Communications SME to support a federal contract.

    Titan Alpha is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research. This enterprise is built upon a well-established partnership that dates to an SBA-approved October 2017 Mentor-Protégé Agreement between our two companies. We offer significant advantages to our clients through a proven partnership with strong past performance as a team and with extensive experience in managing large IDIQ contract vehicles.

    Selected candidates will be interviewed jointly by PFS and Atlas Research and will be an integral part of the joint venture team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leverage experience of large-scale communications in a health care setting
    • Act as SME on Veterans outreach and communication campaigns
    • Perform media analysis regarding social media platforms
    • Implement successful (proven) communications campaigns in an integrated health care setting
    • Provide expert advice related to strategic communications for both internal and external stakeholders

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master's degree
    • 10+ years of related experience
    • Proven ability to execute executive-level oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and strategic documentation)
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions
    • Proven experience developing detailed project plans, project budgets, resource plans, and risk management plans
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to lead teams and to work independently
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Department of Veterans Affairs experience
    • PMP Certification
    • Prosci Certification
