    MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - HEALTHCARE TRANSFORMATION

    Titan Alpha has an opening for a Management Consultant with Healthcare Transformation experience to design and implement solutions that help solve business needs and enhance operational effectiveness in the Federal healthcare space.

    About us, Titan Alpha is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research. This enterprise is built upon a well-established partnership that dates to an SBA-approved October 2017 Mentor-Protégé Agreement between our two companies. We offer significant advantages to our clients through a proven partnership with strong past performance as a team and with extensive experience in managing large IDIQ contract vehicles.

    Selected candidates will be interviewed jointly by PFS and Atlas Research and will be an integral part of the joint venture team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Healthcare Transformation Consultant will use critical and analytical thinking to provide recommendations to clients that will help achieve goals, drive growth and measure success. Duties may include:

    • Engage in research and analysis and provide recommendations using methodologies to measure, govern and evaluate performance
    • Provide industry insight and analytical support using data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis that help businesses make better decisions
    • Performing gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states
    • Documenting and delivering findings and recommendations
    • Conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA/BS degree in business, analytics, statistics, communication, management or related field
    • 3-10 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, project management, process engineering, change management, gap analysis, documenting and delivering findings
    • Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and a strong communicator
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Proven ability to work independently
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Department of Veterans Affairs experience
    • Strong quantitative skills
