TPC Jasna Polana is a private championship golf course situated on 230 acres of breathtaking countryside in the heart of Princeton, N.J. The Gary Player designed golf course is the centerpiece to a unique private club boasting a variety of golf, dining, and hospitality amenities in a pristine natural setting. The Clubhouse at TPC Jasna Polana features meeting rooms as well as dining and lounge areas.

TPC Jasna Polana is currently seeking FULL-TIME COOKS to join our Food & Beverage team. This critical position performs basic methods of food preparation, portion control and sanitation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepping food products
• Cooking/baking food orders
• Plating food in accordance to TPC Standards
• Following established safety procedures

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Prior culinary experience, preferably in a club or fast paced environment, or culinary school graduate
• Great attitude

• At least 18 years of age

Required Skills Required Experience

• Safety-minded and team oriented attitude.

• Ability to work with heavy equipment such as: forklifts, cranes, payloaders, CAT diesel equipment, compressors, pumps, motors, etc.
• Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot equipment with strong mechanical ability; basic understanding of how to operate basic hand tools.
• Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay instructions to follow-on shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Knowledge of plant operating systems, machines and tools (including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance).
• Physical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights as well as lifting up to 100 pounds.
