Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have an opportunity to whet their appetite for community-based employment at ArcWorks, where they assemble and package materials for local manufacturers. The workshop, located at the Canal Side Business Center, reflects the typical workplace, with supervisors, teams, performance goals, a structured work environment, but most of all a supportive and caring atmosphere.
ArcWorks’ annual quality and on-time delivery is consistently over 99 percent, thanks to the dedication and hard work of its many teams. Everyone at ArcWorks takes great pride in their collective success and in demonstrating their many individual abilities.
