    This position is a part of Mueller’s Development Program. The program is 2 years in duration (may vary based on employee’s start date), and consists of rotational experiences, formal mentor, and a standardized training curriculum; all of which are designed to provide a broad range of experiences in various facets to accelerate development in desired function. Rotation location will be assigned based on business need and career aspirations.

    Our Technical Sales Engineer Development Program offers exposure to areas such as; Product/Program Management, Sales, Field Support and Design.  You’ll have the opportunity to support our Sales team through your technical expertise.     Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
    • Willingness and desire to travel within assigned work area
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA required

    1. Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.

    2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.

    3. Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.

    4. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces

    5. Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mower, stand-up mover, and snow plow.

    6. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
