As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Ensure basic items are properly stocked on company truck

Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, and service calls for both commercial and residential customers.

Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems.

Present customers with repair options while only selling customers the parts and repairs they need

Show yourself as knowledgeable and professional to win new customer referrals

Provide excellent customer service to customers while responding timely to HVAC dispatched calls

Educate and advise customers of how their system operates while presenting scheduled maintenance options

Maintain communication with your manager and your customer

Commit to a team and customer service focused approach to work

Accurately complete all documents including time cards, invoices, and recommended options for customers

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as HVAC tech

Valid driver’s license

Must attain universal EPA certificate within 6 months of hire date
