Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) needed in Lancaster, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000+.
• Health Insurance: 90% employer coverage.

Scheduling

• Flexible scheduling: Option for a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Any weekday off except Friday.

Requirements/Preferences

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Psychiatric NP or a newly licensed Psych NP with at least 5 years of Psych Nurse experience.
• Active Psych NP license in Pennsylvania is essential due to the timeframe for licensing (approximately 6 months).
• Experience with both adult and pediatric populations (preferably ages 5+) is preferred but not a requirement.
