This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Dental organization.

Salary and Benefits

• Production Bonus of 34% for W2 employees or 38% if you are 1099.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4pm.
• 8-20 patients a day depending on the providers bandwidth.
• Diagnose and treat dental issues in pediatric patients, including routine examinations, cleanings, and restorative procedures.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures.
• Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a safe and hygienic operatory environment.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• State Licensure in Louisiana
