They work on an integrated care model and provide high-quality services to our community.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is 60% of revenue generated.
• 80% paid for Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision.
• 10 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Paid Holidays.
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) covered.
• No weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Hybrid/Remote schedule available, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (flexible hours).
• Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and psychotherapy.
• Serve as primary clinician for a revolving caseload.
• No weekends.
• No on-call.
• Full support staff.

Requirements

• Clear and active Psychologist license in the state of Alabama.
• New grads are welcome!
