OBGYN – Clinical Core Faculty
Our client is a premier healthcare organization located in Tampa, FL. They are now seeking Clinical Faculty OBGYNs for a new residency program opening this summer! While providers will have their own practice, they will also be precepting two days a week.
The Position: The OB/GYN role is mostly outpatient, private practice, with two days of precepting. Please see details below regarding hospital call, which is limited.
- Sign On Bonus: $40,000
- Relocation Assistance – Yes, amount determined case by case
- Base Salary: $350,000
- Additional annual stipend: 16% of base salary
- Additional Compensation: wRVU Bonus Model
- PTO: 26 Days
- CME: 5 Days
- Student Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for the SLFP
- Restrictive Covenant: Yes, one year within a 15 mile radius of practice.

Responsibilities:
- M – F (clinic hours)
- Precept two days per week at the residency clinic
- Hospital Call – 5 shifts per month which are 12 hours in length
- Up to 24 patients per day
Requirements:
- Experienced Board Certified OB/GYN with an interested in Academics
- Clear and Active Medical License (MD/DO)
- Provide supervision/precepting twice a week, the residency will begin with only three students each year.
- Hospital Call: Each provider will take five on-call shifts per month. Call shifts are 12 hours in length.
- Regarding the interview process, candidates will have to give a grand round presentation as part of the on-site interview.

- Up to 24 patients per day
