Behavioral Health Clinical Care Director Needed in Gray, Tennessee.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities

• Four Days Per Week
• Serves as a member of the Senior Management Team
• Develop New Models of Treatment.
• Ensure that the Most Effective Treatment Approaches are Utilized.
• Recommend and Implement Use of Evidence-Based Practices Within Clinical Services.
• Lead and Guide Providers to Ensure Excellence in Clinical Outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Experience in Mental Health Treatment, Substance Abuse Treatment.
• Previous Strategy, Operations and Clinically Relevant Experience Preferred
