Clinical Manager needed in Jacksonville, FL

This organization is a Medicare Home Health Company that services patients in Duval County.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000
• Health Insurance – $300 to $400 Stipend
• Paid Time Off (4 Weeks)
• 8 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday (9am to 5pm)
• Administrative On Call - Every other weekend (by phone only)
• Patient Census - 30 to 40
• Autonomy
• Oversight of the Clinical Team
• Growth Potential
• Reports to Administrator

Requirements

• OASIS Experience
• Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice Experience
• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• Registered Nurse
