Salary and Benefits
- 100% remote
- The pay range for this position is based on experience ($220,000/year)

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medication.
- Offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities, as appropriate for patient needs.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor treatment progress.
- Facilitate referrals for patients requiring additional support services, including substance abuse treatment, housing assistance, and social services.
- Keep up to date with new treatments, best practices, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient care.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance with FQHC policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) in Psychiatry.
- Valid Florida Medical License
- Completion of an approved residency program in Psychiatry.
- Experience with the Patient-Centered Medical Home model preferred.
- Completion of a qualified residency program or demonstration of a reasonable patient care volume within the past 12 months.
