Program Coordinator - Assertive Community Treatment

Our client is a longstanding behavioral health organization that has been serving Lynchburg and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. The Position: We’re actively looking for an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHP-R to coordinate our Client’s PACT Team, a program of multidisciplinary clinicians providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues. Candidates do not need to have prior supervisory experience to qualify for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $42,365 to $72,584 (depending on years of experience and licensure status)
• Additional Pay: $2000 Yearly Stipend (paid on each check)

Responsibilities:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Some weekends and on-call is required on occasion. Additional pay is provided for call shifts.
• Collaborate with PACT Program Manager in leading/supervising clinical team.
• Assess, develop and coordinate treatment and rehabilitation support services.
• Direct daily clinical operations of the PACT team including managing team of clinicians, program budgeting, documentation review, and providing licensed clinical supervision to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• Must have completed a 60-credit Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Etc.)
• Licensure in the state of Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHP-R (Resident Counselor)
• 2 years’ experience working with adults with serious mental illness in a community behavioral health environment.
