Core Faculty Physician

A Core Faculty Physician is needed at a primary care practice in Roseburg, Oregon.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the heartland of the Umpqua River. Roseburg is an area famous for fishing, rafting, waterfalls and rivers. The primary care clinic we are recruiting for is a well-established community-based health organization that also has a residency program. They also have locations in Myrtle Creek and Glide. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $316,302
• Sign On Bonus: $25,000
• Retirement Plan 403(B) with 3% match
• 457f plan ($5K per year)
• FTCA Malpractice insurance coverage
• Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.
• Restrictive Covenant (Non-Compete): None!
• CME: $3500 and 40 hours each year
• Reimbursement of Licensure Fees, DEA fees, and membership dues associated with licensure.
• Paid Time Off: 30 Days (240 hours per year)
• 7 Paid Holidays
• Relocation: Yes – amount determined case by case
• Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)

Requirements:

• At least one year of clinical experience in internal medicine or family medicine. 3+ years preferred.
• 50/50 split time between clinical visits and residency precepting/ admin duties for medical residency program at a well-established community health center.
• Monday – Friday daytime clinic hours.
• 1 week out of 8 weeks provider will take call over the phone during daytime hours.
• Provider can choose whether they want to work 4x10s or 5x8s.
• 8-10 patients per day on clinical days.
• Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon.
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Prior faculty/adjunct experience is not required but preferred.

Additional details regarding call, which is taken by phone, family medicine providers will not be going into the hospital:

The call rotation for the Family Med Providers is approximately 1 week every quarter and varies as we add new providers. The call is 7 days a week from 6am-6pm. The Provider gets anywhere from 1-7 calls per week, which varies on holidays, weekends, etc. The call is very limited.
