Physician Assistant

A Physician Assistant (PA-C) is needed at a primary care practice in Roseburg, Oregon. This practice has a family medicine residency program and also has clinic locations in Myrtle Creek and Glide, should a provider want to work in a more rural location. Myrtle Creek is about 15 miles south of Roseburg on the South Umpqua river, and Glide is about 15 miles North of Roseburg on the North Umpqua river. 

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Base is $126,332+ DOE (increased salary offered based on experience)
• RVU Production/Bonus model in addition to base salary
• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
• Student loan repayment up to $100,000
• Retirement Plan (403b plus 3% match)
• 457f plan ($5000/year)
• FTCA Malpractice insurance coverage
• Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.
• Restrictive Covenant (Non-Compete): None
• CME: $2500 and 40 hours each year
• Reimbursement of Licensure Fees
• Paid Time Off: 30 Days (240 hours per year)
• 7 Paid Holidays
• Relocation: Yes – amount determined case by case.
• Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine. Will accept Urgent Care candidates as well. 
• 18 to 21 patients per day.
• M-F daytime clinic hours.
• Provider can choose whether they want to work 4x10s or 5x8s.
• Clear and active PA-C license in Oregon.

Additional details regarding call, which is taken by phone, providers will not be going into the hospital:

The call rotation for the Family Med Providers is approximately 1 week every quarter and varies as we add new providers. The call is 7 days a week from 6am-6pm. The Provider gets anywhere from 1-7 calls per week, which varies on holidays, weekends, etc. The call is very limited.
