A  Hybrid Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is needed in Phenix City, AL.

Their continued expansion into multiple locations within the state is a testament to their success in providing value-based patient care. 

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this position starts at $65,000-$70,000 (higher salaries negotiated depending on experience)
• 80% paid for Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision
• 2 Weeks of PTO 
• 5 Paid Holidays

• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) covered
• No weekends, nights, or holidays
• Hybrid/Remote flexible schedule, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8-5pm (flexible hours, hybrid remote)
• Provide screenings, assessments, and diagnosing.
• Serve as primary clinician for a revolving caseload. 
• No weekends.
• No on-call.
• Full support staff.

Requirements

• Clear and active LPC or LCSW license in the state of Alabama (or willing to obtain if licensed in another state). 
• Out of state applicants encouraged to apply, as applying for AL licensure only takes 30 days.
• Experience with Qb testing (IQ, autism, ADHD, dyslexia) preferred, but not required. 
• New grads are welcome
