Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Starts at $20 per hour and up depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Our patients are the most important part of who we are. We want to show every single person who contacts us that they matter and provide exemplary customer service, caring for them in a way that makes them feel like they are part of our family.

• Answering phone
• Communicating with patients daily.

• Setting clinic appointments
• Answering patient questions
• Assisting with patient paperwork
• Entering patient information into our computer system.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience setting appointments in a dental setting REQUIRED.
• Must be reliable and work well with others in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
• Self-starter mentality with a relentless focus on best-in-class patient care
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of computers and office skills
• Good organizational and active listening skills
