Salary and Benefits

• The salary for this position is based on experience ($96,075 - $147,950/year)
• Sign on Bonus - $10,000 for 1 year, $20,000 for 2 years
• Health Insurance – Employee: $76.05 biweekly

• Continuing Medical Education (CME) – 3 Days approved with $1,500 allowance annually
• No on call, no nights, no weekends
• Flexible Scheduling (4 10s available)
• Full Support Staff

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Pain Management
• Average 25-28 patients per day
• Travel to other locations as needed
• Provide pain management to patients and families
• Focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling

Requirements:

• Current and Active License in the State of Arizona
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
