Salary and Benefits

• The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000
• Paid Vacation Time: 4 Weeks in first year
• 7 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Oversee all aspects of human resources management
• Implement HR policies
• Manage employee relations
• Create schedules for providers

Requirements

• At Least 5 years of experience as an HR manager in a Healthcare Company
• Proficient in HR policies and procedures
• Experience in performance management
• Familiarity with labor and employment law in Tri-State Area
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
