Street Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) needed in Allentown, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($106,852 - $150,351.49/year)
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
- Starting Bonus - $10,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
- Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Serving the housing insecure population of the Lehigh Valley
- Meeting patients outside of traditional medical facilities to reach unsheltered individuals where they are
Requirements
- Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Walking on uneven ground and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable vehicle and comfortable working in all weather conditions
