Social Worker (LSW, MSW or LMSW)

A Social Worker (LSW, MSW or LMSW) is needed for a new case management program. The role will be split between the Opelika and Fort Mitchell areas. This is a home visiting role to clients of all ages in rural areas with mental health issues.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity with a provider-owned primary care group that has served the East Alabama community since 2007. Their continued expansion into multiple locations within the state is a testament to their success in providing value-based patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience)
• 80% paid for Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision
• 2 Weeks of PTO
• 5 Paid Holidays
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) covered
• No weekends, nights, or holidays

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday 8-5pm
• Split role between the Opelika and Fort Mitchell areas
• Manage a caseload of clients of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric or developmental issues.
• No weekends.
• No on-call.
• Full support staff.

Requirements:

• BSW or MSW candidates qualify for this role.
• If licensed, a clear and active LSW or LMSW in the state of Alabama.
• Out of state applicants encouraged to apply, as applying for AL licensure only takes 30 days.
• Experience with children and adolescents a plus, but not required.
• Experience in working with clients with mental illness.
• Valid Alabama Drivers License and a working vehicle.
