Adjunct Faculty Physician

An Adjunct Faculty Physician is needed at an integrated health center in Roseburg, Oregon. 80% of this role will be clinical, the other 20% is precepting and admin for the residency program.

The primary care clinic we are recruiting for is a well-established community-based health organization that also has a residency program. They also have locations in Myrtle Creek and Glide. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Base is $281,579 
• wRVU bonus model in addition to base salary
• Sign On Bonus: $25,000

• Flexible Scheduling: Providers can work 4x10s or 5x8s
• No nights, weekends or holidays.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in primary care or family medicine.
• 18 – 21 patients per day, with the exception of 1 day a week participating in the residency program (precepting and admin). Residency program has 24 students. 
  • 4 day work week: 3 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
  • 5 day work week: 4 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
• Monday – Friday daytime clinic hours.
• 1 week per quarter (3 months), provider will take call over the phone from 6 AM to 6 PM. The call is very limited. 
  
• Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon (or willing to obtain if out of state). 
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
