    Director of Mental Health Position in Brighton, MA

    We are excited to announce opportunities for a Director of Mental Health in Brighton, MA. These openings are with a distinguished, not-for-profit organization that has been a cornerstone in the community for over 20 years. Our mission-driven organization is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to underinsured, uninsured, and low-income populations across Massachusetts.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Competitive Salary Range based on experience ($96,000 - $137,500)
    • Health Insurance – Employer contributes 70%

    Responsibilities:

    • 12 Hours of Management Work / 28 Hours of Clinical Work
    • Travels Between 2 Offices (Brighton and Waltham)
    • No Weekends, No On-Call, No Holidays

    Requirements:

    • Current and Active LMHC License or LICSW License in Massachusetts
    • 5 Years of Mental Health Experience Required
    • 3 Years of Leadership, Management, or Supervisory Experience Preferred
    • Experience in providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting
