Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing needed in Lewisville, TX.

This organization is a Medicare Home Healthcare organization that’s been in business for over 10 years.

This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Hospice organization.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000
• Bonus Potential Up to $12,000
• Health Insurance (50% is paid by employer)
• Vision and Dental Insurance
• Retirement Package – 401(k) Up to 5% Match

• Paid Time Off (4 Weeks’ Vacation)
• Mileage Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• 75% of the time in office
• 25% of the time in the field
• Census (40 - 60)

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure (Or Willing to Obtain)
• Medicare Home Health Experience
• Leadership Experience in Home Health or Hospice
• OASIS Knowledge
