Job Description / Summary

Titan Robotics, Inc. seeks a Procurement Professional / Buyer whose primary responsibility is to work closely with Program Managers and Project Engineers to create, issue and track delivery for Purchase Orders and some credit card orders for all projects. The Procurement Lead will work with the current enterprise system, Unanet, for purchasing purposes and accounting staff for payment and fulfillment of all orders, while maintaining solid records of all transactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and five (5) years of procurement experience under federal conducts, particularly with the DoD
• Has a strong business acumen, including applicable business tools and systems
• Demonstrates attention to detail, tracking, and organization of all work products
• Capable of detecting, analyzing, and resolving business/procurement issues with vendors, and internal and customers
• Experience supporting teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Balances multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment for many internal and external stakeholders
• Carries out all procurement responsibilities with ethics and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with various types of vendors, government customers, and federal contracts, in a secure and controlled network environment.
• Experience with enterprise business applications and database tools
• Experience working with engineering, financial, and program management teams to reconcile procurement and vendor-related issues and accounts.
