Able to read and interpret shipboard pipe drawings, bend pipe using tools and pipe bending machine, experience with fitting metal (carbon steel, CRES & copper-nickel) and nonmetal (tubing) piping, pipe hanger removal and installation, braze and tack weld qualified, thread pipe using a threading machine and measures, marks pipe for cutting, working with P-1 piping, perform 009-24 requirements and assist in QA inspections.

Must have knowledge of shipboard piping systems - potable water Knowledge of installation on various piping systems to include: chill water, high pressure, firemain, auxiliary, fuel-oil, etc...
