Summary:

Contingent Upon Contract Award - The Title Agent facilitates and support real estate transactions for ARNG installations across all states and territories, ensuring legal compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and verify property ownership, resolve title issues, and prepare closing documents.

· Coordinate federally-supported real estate actions and ensure compliance with Army, DOD, and federal regulations.

· Advise on Real Estate Action Plans (REAPs), acquisitions, leases, and disposals.

· Maintain and update electronic records in PRIDE Grants and HQIIS modules.

· Respond to inquiries and provide training on real estate policies and procedures.

· Review and ensure quality of legal documents and lease terms.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.

· Experience as a Title Agent or in real estate (preferred).

· State licensing/title producer’s license (preferred).

· Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
