We’re expanding our team with motivated, experienced title agents who have their own book of business and want to maximize their earnings without overhead. Position Overview We are seeking experienced, commission-only Title Agents to join our remote team. This role is ideal for enterprising agents who already have relationships with real-estate professionals, lenders, and investors, and want to leverage those connections while working under a strong brand and full back-office support. Responsibilities: • Manage your own pipeline of closings and relationships. • Coordinate title searches, clear title issues, and process transactions through closing. • Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real-estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions. • Comply with Florida title insurance and settlement regulations. • Deliver top-notch service while leveraging our support team, technology, and resources. Qualifications: • Current Florida Title Agent License required. • Established book of business (real-estate agent, lender, or investor relationships). • Minimum 2 years of title/settlement experience. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. • Ambitious drive and desire for upside earning potential. Compensation: $55,000 yearly at plan commission
