Discovery Land Group, LLC is looking for an experienced, detail oriented and self driven Title Researcher / Abstractor for a current project in Alachua County, FL. This position is for a full time independent contractor (form 1099).

Responsibilities

• Consistent travel to the Alachua County Courthouse / Clerk of Court's Office / Official Records
• Quickly and efficiently conduct title research covering tracts of land in Okaloosa County
• Regular and consistent progress reporting to project manager

Qualifications

• Years of experience conducting title research in a courthouse setting
• A thorough grasp for reading and deciphering property descriptions
• Able to navigate the courthouse records to efficiently conduct title research
• Has reliable transportation
• Has computer with skills and ability to use MS Excel and MS Teams

This project is located in Alachua County, FL, but could lead to ongoing projects in neighboring Counties.
