You will work directly with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients to obtain documentation, clear title conditions, and ensure timelines are met. You will also maintain clear, accurate records of curative activity and communicate updates to all parties involved. Responsibilities: • Review title reports and supporting documents to identify defects, discrepancies, or potential risks impacting clear title. • Research and analyze legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and surveys, to confirm ownership and determine curative steps. • Communicate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients to obtain information, provide updates, and move curative items toward resolution. • Prepare and coordinate the execution of curative documents such as affidavits, corrective deeds, releases, and other required instruments. • Partner with title examiners, underwriters, and legal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex title issues. • Track, document, and maintain organized records of all curative actions, notes, and supporting documentation. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and quality of work. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills. • Experience with title examination, curative workflows, or related real estate/title processes is preferred. • Comfortable using title production software, electronic recording platforms, and general business technology (or able to learn quickly).
