    FirstSource Title is in search of a meticulous individual to join our team as an Escrow Officer. You’ll manage your own pipeline of residential resale, refinance, and new construction escrow transactions from open to close. This is a high-touch, client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on communication and detail. Compensation: • Competitive salary ranging between $47,000 - $57,000 annually. • 5% 401(k) match to support your financial future. • 100% paid employee medical benefits (family coverage available at employee expense). Responsibilities: • Open, process, and close 25–40 escrow files monthly with a high degree of accuracy • Act as the main point of contact for all parties: buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders • Interpret purchase contracts and lender instructions, and coordinate document signings • Prepare estimated settlement statements and balance files • Handle title curative issues in collaboration with our in-house title team • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and underwriter requirements • Train and mentor escrow assistants as needed • Provide exceptional service and quick response times in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer managing a full desk • High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills • Proven track record of building strong relationships with real estate agents and loan officers • Detail-oriented, deadline-conscious, and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience with Simplifile or similar electronic escrow platforms is preferred but not required Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000
