We are seeking an experienced Processor / Paralegal to join our title team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone confident in managing files, communicating with clients and lenders, and helping move transactions smoothly from start to close. The right candidate is comfortable handling the day-to-day flow of title files, jumping on calls to answer mortgage-related questions, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and keeping everything organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior SoftPro experience is required. Responsibilities: • Assist other title processors in opening and processing title/escrow files • Order and review title searches, payoffs, HOA/condo estoppels, taxes, and lien info • Clear title issues and prepare settlement statements • Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers to gather required docs • Prepare closing package and support the closer as needed • Maintain organized, up-to-date file notes in the system Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years’ experience processing files in a title agency environment • Strong understanding of Florida real estate/title documents • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven • Professional communication with customers and partners • Proficient with computers/MS Office • SoftPro experience required • Must work on-site in the Tampa office Compensation: At Plan compensation pay range: $38,000-$45,000
