  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly experienced Title Processor to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of title processing and be comfortable handling complex residential and commercial transactions. This position requires precision, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with escrow officers, clients, lenders, and agents. Responsibilities: • Review and process title orders from start to finish, including clearing title issues and preparing commitment and final policies. • Coordinate with underwriters, attorneys, and outside parties to resolve title defects. • Review surveys, lien searches, payoffs, tax certificates, and legal descriptions for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and title documents in compliance with state and federal regulations. • Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process. • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all transactions meet compliance standards and deadlines. Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in title processing, preferably in both residential and commercial transactions. • In-depth knowledge of title insurance regulations, underwriting guidelines, and curative processes. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously under tight deadlines. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
