Empower Title, LLC is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Title Production Specialist/Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will generate title commitments and policies with precision and efficiency, utilizing your strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce title insurance commitments.
• Accurately prepare title insurance policies and endorsements, along with delivering original recorded legal documents to customers.
• Maintain a pipeline report to ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, lenders, and underwriters.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with RamQuest is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in the title industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
