    About the Position

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role focuses on reviewing documents, organizing information, and helping prepare paperwork submitted to state agencies.

    This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, very organized, excels at reviewing forms, and keeping processes running smoothly.

    What You'll Do

    Review DMV forms and applications for completeness and accuracy

    Enter information into spreadsheets and internal systems

    Organize digital and paper files

    Help prepare documents for submission to state agencies

    Track the status of applications and paperwork

    Communicate with clients regarding missing information and/or corrections

    Assist with general administrative and office tasks

    What We're Looking For:

    Strong attention to detail

    Strong written communication skills

    Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)

    Good organizational skills

    Ability to work consistently, independently and stay focused on tasks

    Professional and dependable work habits

    Experience

    Administrative or office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
