About the Role:

Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for a friendly and energetic To Go Host to join our team in Tualatin, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our takeout operation, delivering outstanding customer service with every order. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist to-go customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude

Accurately take, package, and process takeout and curbside orders

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing correct change

Maintain a clean and organized to-go station and front-of-house area

Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests

Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
