Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome:

Greet guests with a genuine smile and a friendly welcome as they enter the restaurant.

Make guests feel comfortable by promptly acknowledging their presence and providing them with a positive first impression.

Seating and Reservations:

Manage the seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and organized manner, considering server workload and reservations.

Keep track of reservations and special requests, accommodating guests to the best of our ability.

Clear Communication:

Effectively communicate with servers and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant.

Provide clear information to guests regarding wait times, specials, and any other relevant information.

Maintain a Neat Environment:

Keep the host/hostess area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure a tidy and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Customer Service Excellence:

Demonstrate exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guests' needs, concerns, or requests.

Always strive to exceed guests' expectations, making them feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit.

Efficient Reservation Management:

Handle reservation inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations in a courteous and organized manner.

Work closely with the management team to optimize table assignments and ensure a balanced workload for servers.

Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive work environment that reflects our dedication to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:
