Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives, chiefs of staff, or similar experience
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, Excel is a plus), SharePoint, and Teams/Zoom
Skills needed to be successful in this position:
- Ability to perform multiple functions both quickly and effectively while achieving results
- Able to work independently and maintain composure during stressful situations
- Ability to support and engage staff remotely/virtually
- Ability to lead change
- Problem-solving skills
- Strategic planning and organization with a focus on technology
- Experience managing board meeting prep & calendars
- Capability of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to faultless execution of tasks
- Capacity to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst uncertainty
- Ability to be technologically savvy to quickly accommodate new applications and tools
- Ability to manage priorities and make trade-offs when needs change
- Discretion and sensitivity toward confidential information
- Ability to be proactive and motivated to emphasize current processes and build efficient systems
- Professional polish in both internal and external interactions and communication, and the ability to display finesse and stability under pressure
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Understanding the highly adaptable nature of support work and being comfortable with being available as needed
