Job Description

The Sales Enablement Internship is open to current college students or graduates. This position will be responsible for some specific data research projects in addition to supporting the Sales Enablement team.

YOUR DAYS WILL BE FILLED WITH:

DATA RESEARCH PROJECTS

Finding and comparing data on loan shipments from various databases

Recording trial shipment and purchase data  

Generating reports based on findings

 ASSIST IN SALES SUPPORT ACTIVITIES

Confirming the return of trial devices via database search

Uploading documents into the order management system

Answering customer and internal inquiries via phone and e-mail

Returning emails and voice mails

Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

A minimum of 6 months of college in Business Management, Communication Disorders, Health Administration, or equivalent field

COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

 Ability to utilize web-based platforms like Salesforce

OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to work independently

Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment

Strong organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to problem solve

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Communication skills using the spoken word

Ability to see within normal parameters

Ability to hear within normal range

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENT:

Personal area for work with access to stable high-speed internet

Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions

Ability to communicate in different settings and with a variety of communication partners
