We are currently staffing to support a number of clinically focused programs across the market, and we need skilled experts with an ability to create, present, and consult to join our team.

Consultants on the Learning Team end up skilled in content design and creation, facilitation, consultation, and project management, all of which help bring their expertise to life in the market.

JOB SUMMARY:
THE LEARNING CONSULTANT __ WILL BE PRIMARILY FOCUSED ON CREATION, MANAGEMENT AND FACILITATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS AND EXPERIENCES THAT GENERATE AWARENESS OF, FACILITATE CUSTOMER ONBOARDING AND SUCCESS WITH, AND SUPPORT THE SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY THROUGH ACQUIRING AAC AND SPECIFICALLY, THE TOBII DYNAVOX PORTFOLIO OF PRODUCTS IN THE NORTH AMERICAN MARKET. THIS ROLE __ WILL SUPPORT TOBII DYNAVOX IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING MARKET INTEREST, LOYALTY, AND REVENUE.
THE LEARNING CONSULTANT __ WILL SCOPE, CREATE, AND FACILITATE INSIGHTFUL AND ENGAGING EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL CUSTOMER TRAININGS THROUGH VARIOUS DELIVERY MODALITIES. CLINICAL EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF AAC MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN LEARNING PROGRAMS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES:
Depending on organizational and customer needs, the focus on specific key responsibilities and competencies may vary for individual Learning Consultants and/or evolve over time. In general, Learning Consultants are required to possess 4 main competencies:

Work with interruptions

Able to work flexible hours and weekends when needed to support business
Willing and able to travel extensively across US and/or Canada up to approximately 50% for some programs; should live in continental US
